The Dzogchen Meditation Center is open to the public for meditation and instruction on Sunday mornings from 9-12 noon.

7:00 to 9:00 Shamatha-Vipashyana Practice( Sitting Meditation), Lineage Supplications, Tuesday and Friday night dharma class.

Sunday Nyinthun:  Full Day  Shamatha-Vipashyana Meditation Intensive followed by Dharma Talk and discussion.  Open to the Public

Wednesday Night 7-9 p.m. Shamatha/Vipashyana Meditation

Thursday and Saturday mid-morning 9-11 a.m. Dharma Art:  Kyudo "The Way of the Bow"  The Japanese Contemplative Art and Budo form of shooting the bow and arrow.  Following the Heki Ryu Bisshu Chikurin-ha form and teachings of the late Kanjuro Shibata Sensei XX.  Beginners are welcome!

Saturday   6-8 p.m.  "Co-emergent Cocktail Hour" enjoy an informal social time with residents and staff.

Heruka Day (10th day of the Lunar Calendar)  Sun of Wisdom Feast (Restricted to Sadhakas and Tantrikas)

Sadhana of Mahamudra  New Moon and Full Moon.  7-9 p.m.

Full Day Nyinthun   (Intensive Meditation 8-9 hours of shamatha/vipashyana practice.  oryoki meals .... Fourth Sunday  of each month.

Dakini Day(25th day of the Lunar Calendar) Vajrayogini Feast, - 5-11 p.m. restricted to Sadhakas
